Payments

Billing is handled by third-party processors (e.g., Patreon). We do not store full payment card numbers.

• Process and verify Server Upgrades and related entitlements.

We retain your data as long as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your content or data by contacting support@eldercard.online. Some metadata and server logs may be retained for legal or operational reasons.

We use minimal cookies and third-party analytics tools (e.g., Plausible, Cloudflare Analytics) to understand usage trends. These tools do not track individual users across websites.

ElderCard is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
